Great and appears to be accurate meter. Saved me $5000 right out of the box by showing no moisture when an "expert" was saying I needed to tear the wall out to remove the water and wet areas. Meter was correct.

I can't say enough positive about this product. Interface, manual, ease of use accuracy it is just the best.

When searching for a product like this I looked at a lot of moisture meters. I saw nothing out there that compared to the capabilities of this one. It has different settings for reading moisture levels in a variety of building materials.

I am a professional certified mold inspector and find this meter to be indispensable in my work. I often need to get moisture level readings from concrete slabs and foundation walls. This meter uses a pin-less electromagnetic technology that enables it get moisture readings up to 3/4 of an inch into the concrete non-invasively.

The hold setting for the display is very useful for me when using my digital camera to document my findings for my report. It comes with a convenient holster with a spring clip for attaching it to your belt or waistband of your pants or pocket opening.

The auto-off feature helps to conserve your battery, although the unit has shut off on me a couple of times when I was trying to get a decent photo of a moisture level reading for documentation.

Overall, an excellent product, highly recommended.

I am a certified mold inspector/remediator,I just compledted a job using the BI2200 Basic meter by wagner,It was only to test for moisture in a condo complex and I made $4200 in one day. Easy to use, good results and I am very pleased with its performance. I was in a meeting with the state director of environmental heath yesterday and showed off my meter and today his assistant e-mailed me for info on how they could buy one .

very easy to use; the numbers are meaningless however by themselves; you can only compare one area that you think may be dry with another; the company will absolutely refuse to even give you even a ball park of what wet or moist may be; they will only redefine the word "relative" for you; but very sturdy product and very expensive; I think I will keep it. It may help me or a family member in the future if we can establish a baseline. I purchased it too late this time around to be able to establish and compare a baseline for relativity sake.
