If you are expecting this product to apply warm lotion during a massage, you will be very disappointed. The only thing that warms is the massaging head. The lotion still squirts out in a cold river down your leg or whatever other body part you are massaging. The lotion dispensing is also very poor. I would not recommend this product.

This product has been great for me! I am a runner who often comes home with some very sore legs. I bought this product and I must say that it works wonders on my sore muscles. The massager is very smooth and I mean very smooth!!! I would recommend it to any active woman.

My spouse and I love this lotion warmer. It is great for massaging his sore back and my sore shoulders.I use a real light weight lotion that is unscented and add a few drops of Bath and Body Works Spearmint and Eucyliptus massage oil to it as a refill. Smells so good.

I originally bought this product at a garage sale and used it so much I had to buy a replacement! I have fibromyalgia and work long shifts so I often need to do some massaging at bedtime. It fits in your hand perfectly and the warm lotion and heat are great for pain relief.

Wonderful Item! Considering the cost of keeping a full Conair unit plugged in at all times which can get disturbingly hot, or dripping the lotion from your hand to floor or counter before you get to your client! If cold lotion is your problem then put rhe unit against your palm while heated head is on and warm in palm in seconds to apply with hand or unit. No so hard to figure out.

This product was more than disappointing. The messaging portion in merely fast vibrations and the heating portion is a metal plate that is barely warm. The device has two settings! Why have two settings when both settings are useless? Total waste of money.
