Feeling better with Yoga,

I started using the Wailana Yoga Video's and I feel much better. It really helps loosen me up and seems to have helped my digestion. I like the convenience of exercising at home. The Videos have beautiful scenery and peaceful music. My wife does yoga with me now and we both are feeling the good effects.

its a good if not excellent yoga video that covers the basic scretches and body control, where as mind over matter your body can be made to move in ways tht you never tought it could and the yoga video also helps with controlling one's breathing and the balance to control muscle and body movement and to understand the purpose and the reason for yoga.
