High romantic adventure in the Andes and Rocky mountains., June 3, 1996
By A Customer
This review is from: Waiting for You : 9 Months Later (Harlequin Superromance No. 694) (Paperback)
Margot Early sweeps the reader to greater heights of
entertainment as she tells
the story of Dulcinea, who arrives destitute in the high
mountain medical
office of her late husband's twin after a harrowing flight
from South America. She is terrified of an ancient
curse that will kill either her or her unborn child unless
Christopher can vanquish it. The background
details of Peruvian Paso horses and Kallawaya healer's lore
add to the fascination. If you liked the movie "Romancing
the Stone" you will love "Waiting for You."
Early is a
finalist for the Janet Daily Award this year for her previous
book "The Keeper."
