Cary Brothers along with Joshua Radin are both amazing artists. This CD is great. The guy has an amazing voice and is a really great guy on top of everything. Like the person that said before me, if ya can, catch this guy when he's playing small venues. He's going to be huge.

One 20 second slice of the song 'Waiting For Your Letter', on an episode of Scrubs was all it took to make me an instant Cary Brothers fan. This EP does not disappoint! Cary is such a welcome change from most of the corporate crap that musicians are putting out these days. I'd definitely recommend this EP and "All The Rage', to anyone looking for an awesome combo of great lyrics and great music!!!

Cary is one of those rare singer songwriters that come along and really deliver the GOODS. Get a hold of his music and it will stay in your cd player. And if you think that is good make sure to check him out live. I saw him open up for Liz Phair and he blew the crowd away. Who knew that the dirty long haul trucker looking guy could pour out his soul with just his guitar. Buy it now and tell your friends later, "Man, I was listening to that guy back when he was playing nightclubs and bars. It is so much better than these stadium tours." "I even had a beer with the guy." I will see him later, at the 9:30 club in DC.

Cary Brothers not only has astonishing technique; his songwriting combines real heart and soul that brings the listener into his song, not unlike how a great movie catches your attention and keeps you interested. One can only expect the best when coming from Cary Brothers, a true artist in every sense. Every song written and performed by Brothers is a perfect expression of any emotion the artist is trying to convey. I truly respect the talent of Cary Brothers and recommend his music to anyone as it is purely crafted by a master of the story and of the song! If added to your collection I know this CD will be loved for many years to come.

This is a great EP. Cary Brothers is one of those rare artists whose influences are a vast melting pot. This EP combines 80's new wave with 60's folk ballads. Brothers' voice is stronger than ever and his song writing is maturing faster than he can put out his own albums. Remember the days when a band would put out 2 albums a year? Well Brothers' would be doing it and doing it well - quantity and quality have been eluding the industry since the 60's. Give the man a record deal already!

Waiting for Your Letter is an amazing EP! I was introduced to Cary's music by another exceptional artist, Joshua Radin, and immediately fell in love with his voice. If you're feeling stressed out or are just in the mood to relax, pop this EP into your system; it never fails! I highly recommend picking up both of Cary's EPs (Waiting for Your Letter and All the Rage) - they're BOTH great. You won't be disappointed! Also, make sure you check him out live the next time he's in your town; his voice is fantastic!

I first heard his music at The Hotel Cafe tour (becoming an instant fan), and then had the priviledge of meeting him after the show. After listening to this Ep, as well as "All the Rage", I feel like I've been let in on a secret that is just too good to keep to myself.

I saw Cary at The Hotel CafeTour last Fall, and had to get both of his eps. "Waiting For Your Letter" is diverse and well executed, even though I want a full-lentgh album! I work for a radio station in Salt Lake City, UT, and recently put him in my top 10 songs in Utah's weekly entertainment paper, City Weekly. The song off of the ep I chose was "Lonliest Girl In The World". I cry EVERY stinking time I play it. It's just Cary and the piano. His voice is so hot. It cracks once in a while which makes the song uber sexy.

There isn't much difference between songs but then again this is only an EP. Found this band through Scrubs/Garden State as the band members are friends of Zach Braff's. Overall a good cd but I might recommend the LP instead.

Great set of songs, the only disappointment is that it ends too soon.
