I had no idea what to expect from these pills. Young barley was recommended to me for other reasons but I chose this product instead of just taking a barley supplement. Now, it is a normal part of my diet and I hate to go without it, which I have to sometimes because I live overseas and the mail can be unpredictable. I've tried several other pills for daily greens. They do not come close! Do yourself a favor... ignore negative comments on this product (please no offense to anyone) and try this! I was able to tell the difference as soon as I started taking these. Oh and a little background on me. I take my health very seriously and I workout at least 5 times a week whether I am training or not. When I am in training for an event that will be extremely phyically challenging, I push my body to the limit and I rely on my diet and the vitamins that I take to give my body what it needs to go! It's not much for energy, I would consider it for overall health. Women.... take these! You'll know what I mean once you start.

I bought this product hoping it would give me some energy. It did not, and it tastes like grass. Although it is probably a good source of vegetables.
