The Walachia Windmill Wooden Hobby Model Kit is a quality children's construction kit that builds a miniature scale traditional European Windmill from real logs This 3D woodcraft kit is 137 piece wood building set that includes real wood blocks of different lengths, building parts for the construction of roof, windows, doors and other components and detailed instructions. An educational toy that will look great as part of any model railway or imaginative play scene setting. The finished model house measures 14 x 10 x 32 cm. Suitable for children aged 8 and above. Features high quality children's 3D woodcraft kit, made of sustainably harvested wood. This kit contains all materials necessary for construction of a windmill. Windmills were an important source of energy that was used especially for grinding grains, grinding spices, pressing oil seeds, and outing wood. The oldest windmill was built 5000 years ago in Alexandria in Egypt. In Europe, windmills were becoming important in the 11th century, but most of them were built and used in 18th and 19th centuries. Reasonable construction effort and time
Poor manual which makes it look much harder that it is

Took me and my daughter (7yo) approx 3 hours to complete. She enjoyed it (I think) and she's really not into this kind of stuff. I'm planning to buy more of their kits for presents.
