Emblems aren't horribly detailed, and based on the construction, I wouldn't hang this outside for very long, but if you need to express your inner Welshness, this is cleaner than digging a coal mine in your yard, smells better than keeping a leek in your helmet, and is much less expensive than most of the other alternatives. Find a quiet space to hang it, get a bowl of cawl, wait for it to start raining, and you'll be almost home.

I see a little bit of green material folded under and stitched in on white part of flag seam. Otherwise, a nice flag. The material is silky polyester and a little transparent. I wish it came with wash/care instructions.
