We have been using this product for a couple of years now. We love that there is no more diluting in a bucket of water......just drop one in the holding tank. They control odor longer than the other kinds we have tried.

I never used a product like this until I rented an RV for a road trip a couple of weeks ago. It worked like a charm. I'll admit that I didn't buy it. Some good soul who'd rented the RV previously simply left them behind. That was a short trip as it was just four days. I had no problems dealing with waste water.Fast-forward to last night. I've rented another RV for a road trip. This time I made sure to have the Porta-Pak product with me. One night I just camped at the side of the road, so the next night I really wanted to get to a camp. I tried in vain to get to the campsite before it got too dark. Well, that didn't work out. When I got in it was very dark. I had to wear my headlamp to set everything up. I didn't realize that the only thing keeping the waste water from falling out of the RV was the cap. With my first rental I used a different RV rental company. They were thorough and walked me through everything on the RV. This other company wasn't and had me walk through it. I did and I simply didn't think that the waste water tanks weren't closed. Now I know to make sure to check that. I merely put the cap on but neglected to turn the valves to shut the drains. Oooops. Imagine my unpleasant surprise after I got the dump station tube from the RV and opened up the waste water drain cap. Ugh! And it was dark! Ewwwwww! I quickly shut the drains and then realized there was no waste water smell, but just the commercial "fresh" smell of a man-made deodorizer. (Look that's better than the alternative of untreated toilet water and grey water!) A lesson learned for me to ALWAYS check to see that those valves are closed before removing that cap, but without that product it would have been a much more unpleasant experience. I definitely recommend it and plan on using it on any future RV trips.

We have been using this product for about 5 years now and it's by far the best we have tried. There is never an odor (no matter how hot it is outside) and it breaks down waste fast! I recommend this to everyone i meet that has not tried it!
