Leslie is the first person I get to deal with every morning, and she always puts me in a great mood, and the workout is just enough to get you in a sweat, but feeling refreshed!!!I have had this tape since '87, and have worn out two copies!!!

I am so thrilled with Leslie Sansone's Walk Aerobics video. I have had it for several years and it is the only home workout that keeps my interest up and gets me into a good sweat! The moves are very easy to follow and the workout is exhilerating and timed perfectly. The toning segment at the end provides a wonderful stretching and toning workout without having to go to the gym! I have just ordered two more of her videos - I trust her expertise 100%! She makes exercise fun and rewarding!!!

I first tried this tape back in '89 and was amazed at the results! Fast, easy, fun; I gave my borrowed Richards Simmons tape back and used Leslie's instead.

I just sent back my Tae-Bo tapes and ordered Leslie's Fat Burner tape to use in conjunction with the Walk Aerobics.

I highly advise anyone who hates to exercise and hates or can't afford to go a gym to Buy This Tape!
