As usual, Leslie comes through this workout with flying colors! The pace is fast, upbeat and you sweat, sweat, sweat! The group of walkers are cheerful, happy and put their heart into every move. Two of the participants have lost a considerable amount of weight since starting the program. Leslie interjects more humorous comments throughout and keeps the entire atomosphere positive. By the time you get to the end of the workout, you are surprised to find that your stress is gone! Exercise does pay off in more ways than one. Three cheers for Leslie!

This is a good 30 minute non-stop workout; she doesn't say the miles' equivalent but I'd call it 2.5 miles due to the fast pace. The music is great, especially the William Tell Overture (Lone Ranger) music, that was fun.

I have lots of Leslie's workouts (for variety) and borrow the techniques from the Walk-Jog and weighted-balls' workouts to 'power up' when I'm doing her other videos. I did the power-up in this one and was I huffing and puffing! I actually had to slow down. I like being able to maximize use of a 30-minute workout, I don't always have 45 or 60 minutes. P.S. Watch for the absolutely gorgeous smile Carol flashes about half-way through the second 10-minute segment.
