I was lucky enough to find this little gem of a workout at a decent price.I think it must be out of print. The pace builds quickly, and stays brisk until the cool down. Leslie does alot of arm raises and 'pull downs' for the arms, too. The music is faster than most of her new DVD's; length is 30 minutes or 2 miles.It definitely gets your heart rate up there. Add the walk-away weights or Leslie's soft weights to boost (up to 3 lbs ) the fat burning. I highly recommend this one.
