This CD includes a collection of Sioux and Navajo spiritual songs. Both the singing style and musical accompaniment of these songs significantly depart from the rigid convention of peyote singing - the singing is gentle, almost gospel like and there is no water drum. The songs are simply among the most poignant and beautiful I have ever heard - filled with devotion to the Creator and strength which comes from true humility. Listening to them is listening to profound teachings about the spiritual and the earthly and about our longing for beauty and truth. I highly recommend this CD.

This CD is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. As you play it, the sound of it resonates within you. Its spiritual quality is like an offering floating up to heaven.

Two truly gifted artists who are following their visions. The healings that can be manifested with this music are indications of the medicine available to all who "Walk in Beauty".For those on a spiritual path or those who wish to have spirit in their lives, this album becomes a valuable resource for the heart.

Those who bring healing words in songs and prayers both for the spirit and body bring new life to those in need. I recomend that this be one to put on your list.

I heard this music on a trip to Sedona. The guide was playing it. I never thought to ask what it was but luckily found one song by them on a compilation CD I had. It's beautiful Native American prayerful chanting. Great to meditate to.
