Solid insight, mediocre writing,

One of the few books published on the topic, I found it to be insightful with well-documented references. Although written in an unusual novel-esque form (I'd describe the writing as "mediocre" and "elementary"), I consider it far more revealing and factual than Heinz Heger's "Men With the Pink Triangle" (in which I found the author to be extremely self-serving and pompous). If you're looking for a great story, this isn't it. If you're looking for a greater understanding of what gays experienced during the Holocaust, however, this is a solid read. I give it four stars simply for existing.
