Very good HC,
By A Customer
This review is from: Walk Together Rock Together (Audio CD)
I had just about worn my copy of Minor Threat's Complete Discography to death when I decided to broaden my HC horizon, and on a whim I got this CD by 7Seconds. Man does it rock! Not only does it have the same speed and energy of Minor Threat, it has much more 'sing along' type choruses, like in We're Gonna Fight and Rock Together. Highly recommended if you're into HC.

The memories of being in High School and in So. Cal. Great H/C punk rock scene. Walk Together/Rock Together is easily an "Old school" classic. The best 7 Seconds ever had to offer. Great energy/great production.

the albums you must have:

Kevin Seconds + Ian MacKaye = outstanding music,
By A Customer
This review is from: Walk Together Rock Together (Audio CD)
One of the greatest punk records ever made...Ian MacKaye (Minor Threat, Fugazi) produced this record, helping to make 7 Seconds, a truly great band, create a classic release. Old-school, angry, energetic positive hardcore, featuring Kevin seconds distinctive "whooo oaaaah"s and his dead-on lyrics. Tight as hell. 7 Seconds' best release, even without the greatest cover song ever made (Nena's "99 Red Balloons"). The live tracks are just icing on the cake

This album shredds. I think songs like strength are the reason why mosh pits started in the first place. If you don't have this masterpiece in your collection, what the hell are you waiting for ---OZZ---

I have been into these guys for a while now! I am 21 and my Uncle used to see these guys all the time back in the 80's! I saw them last year at a show in Detroit Michigan! It was amazing! Get this album! They are fast and to the point! This album has a lot of good suff on it for sure! Also check out one of their other albums called The Crew!

What could you say wrong about it. The live tracks are amazing, it's got catchy anthems like 99 Red Balloons, Regress No Way. It's a must for 7 seconds fans.

This CD will make you jump, make you mosh, make your nose bleed your t-shirt and you'll be just really ....ing happy about it. Beautifully violent, this 7 second's CD is pure musical angst which forces itself through your ears as barbed wire. For those who have heard this CD before, they will agree with me on that. For those who haven't heard this yet, welcome, you have come to the place: let this CD be your strenght, be your truth for years to come. Check this out. Enjoy.

well, i pulled this record out of the rubble a few weeks ago. i'm so amazed as to how good it is. how it still sounds awesome after all these years. this record is easily liked by many people; straight-edge, hardcore, punk, old-school/new-school. "trust" and the title track are among the best 7 seconds songs ever made. great album to show to your lil bro or sis. the only reason i can't give this album a prefect is b/c the last [approx.] 1/3 of the album is not as fun-mosh-sing as the first half.
