Garbage chairs - Bad buy!,

I bought two sets of these chairs about 4 months ago. First of all, they came in the box damaged and ripped. I immediately returned one set and kept the second in order to have something to sit on. They were damaged upon arrival and they began to fall apart even more as soon as I took them out of the box. Pieces fell off and the fabric ripped with gentle use. These chairs were a waste of money.
I tried getting a refund by the manufacturer Walker Edison but the customer service there kept pushing me off and were completely unhelpful. The chairs are made of the cheapest materials and do not last whatsoever. (Not to mention the fact that my child was scratched very badly on a sharp piece of plastic that protruded from one of the cheap plastic pieces on it. I would not recommend this product or any other product from Walker Edison furniture. |
