2.0 out of 5 stars Just a very short story, January 14, 2010

This review is from: The Walker Place: A Short Story (Kindle Edition)
This "book" looked like a bargain, but it was really only a (very) short story. It took about 5 minutes to read and wouldn't be more than 3 or 4 pages in a book.

The story is little more than a Halloween camp-fire tale. Three boys dare each other to sneak into an abandoned home with a bad reputation on Halloween night. Once they get there, the story wraps up too quickly to generate any suspense.

This might be a nice addition to a collection of short stories but isn't worth the price as a stand-alone.
