The Walker's Game ear Hearing enhancer is a good piece of equipment and works well. I received it and found the battery to be dead so had to purchase a new battery and all is well. I do have a complaint about the shipping information.
I needed this device fairly fast so chose the next/second day fedex for delivery. To my dismay, the confirmation sent to me told me that I would receive the item in 14 to 16 days. That's OK but I was still charged the expedited mailing cost. This added $20+ to the total cost so I would be much more careful when deciding on shipping options. |
