This review is from: A Walking Guide To The Superior Hiking Trail (Perfect Paperback)
This is the book I wanted to write, but never thought it could be published. It's your own portable naturalist, with deep details on rocks and flowers and other natural history tidbits of the Superior Hiking Trail, keyed to actual GPS points you can download from the publisher's website.

I have never tried to upload the GPS landmarks keyed to the different points of interest, and have heard from others that it was or impossible for them to do so when they tried. Excellent idea, rough implementation.

This isn't a hiking guide, it's a naturalist's guide to hikes. I find the information invaluable for my work writing about North Shore recreation and natural history.

Way to go, Ron and Judy, for all your time and energy pulling this together.
