5.0 out of 5 stars Short-sweet and to the point, March 29, 2006
This review is from: Walking the Talk Together: Sharing the Responsibility for Bringing Values To (Paperback)
As a Dealer Principal and acting GM of a dealership, we are always looking for ways to motivate and to help our staff "get it". This book has been a mainstay personally for several years and recently I decided to introduce it to our managers in an attempt to help them understand our philosophy and to adopt it themselves. It not only got them thinking and ready to jump on board more, we are now going over the book, chapter by chapter with our entire staff at our weekly all staff meetings. The discussions have provoked examples of things we do right and things we could shift our mindsets on. I recommend it highly.
