These little "Walking Tour" books of NYC take you on a nice walk around the Big Apple, however, reading them is a study in frustration. Way too many typos make them very difficult to read. If you just want a walking tour of NYC on the cheap, these books are just the ticket. But if you enjoy reading about NYC architecture, gilded-age mansions and interesting statuary, I guarantee you'll be disappointed. The basic info is there but the books lack interesting anecdotal stories, and do not point out specific things to notice about each building. The price is right (less than a buck for the Kindle Edition) but the typos are unconscionable.
