I wanted to learn how to channel to improve the quality of my life choices and just to have fun. After reading this book I recognized the ways people channel information from spirit every day and don't even realize it! Ms. Buntman offers clear and easy ways to get people to start channeling purposefully. She uses great stories from her own life and from others, as well as offering simple guided exercises you can do at home. I'd recommend the book to anyone who wants to improve the quality of communication with their own spirit and the world of spirit.
