This exact same walking stick is available at my local Loves Truck stop in Grayson, Ky. for $25.00 and not on clearance but this is their regular retail price so do not let these guys rip you off. If you want one just keep your eyes open the next time you get gas at the local truck stop and no shipping. Another thing, I'd probably give the stick itself maybe a 3 or 4 star due to the "Hard Wood" being a rather light type of hard wood. In other words do not expect Hickory, Ash or some other real hard wood. I'm an X shop teacher and there are hard wood technically called hard that are of the cheaper variety which are light and easily broken which I believe these are made with.

Just got my custom Bubbastik and just can't believe how beautiful it is. I purchase a custom "stik" directly from BubbaSam at Bubbastik as I wanted a custom "stik" (Google it for the home page or just add a "dot com" to the end of Bubbastik). It is really a work of art with its shiny brass handle (chrome and other sizes are also available) and delightful looking mahogany staff (many other hardwoods are offered and options). I have never seen anything quite like it at any price. For anyone complaining about the word BUBBASTIK being branded in the wood, you can puchase it from Bubbastik unbranded as I did. It is a true custom piece as one can choose various type of wood, handles, tips, straps, logos and specific wood lengths (again... branded or unbranded) to suit your pleasure. Customer service is also terrific. I had a very slight problem and BubbaSam responded in just a few hours, made a correction and even added a special surprise for my troubles... a free logo and a free leather strap (one of the firsts) on it with my initials. I am proud to be seen with it! Although I am disabled, the beauty and ergonomics of it encourages me to walk more which is good for my health. I have to use a walking stick everyhere I go. I have a couple of nice crook style canes which do the job nicely. I was looking for something different. This was it. Well made, flawless condition and comfortable to walk with. Kind of cool looking, I am very pleased to have this product available whenever I need it.
