About the Author

Lisa Wolfe has been focused on fitness for the past 16 years. She started teaching aerobics classes when she was eighteen and then discovered she could get a degree in exercise. She’s worked in cardiac rehabilitation, personal training, with children, owned her own gym and currently has a few personal training clients and teaches water and land exercise classes. She is the author of YogaBand (Wish Publishing, 2004) and Enjoy the Ride (Bristol Fashion Publications, 2004). She and her family reside in Howell, Michigan.

I have this book and it has helped me tremendously. The nearest climbing gym is nearly an hour away and the nearest real craig is a 5 hour trip. It has helped me to maintain my level of climbing rather than starting over each time I start getting back in the groove when the outdoor climbing season begins.

i nearly finished 2 read the book

it has some cool things - but in general it is very simply and not out of the ordinary

it does have lot's of pictures which r very helpful and most comfortable

not a must in every library
