Runs Hot,

I bought one of these to replace my factory charger that died for my EEEPC 1000he.
It worked well enough, but it's always run a bit on the hot side while plugged in. Recently we left the house open with the attic fan on, but it got extremely humid and rather warm in the house after awhile. The humidity mixed with the amount of heat this item generates caused the plastic casing around the plug to literally MELT. Overall the item worked fine while I had it, but the fact that it melted worries me.

Works great. I have not had any problems with it overheating or malfunctioning. Works much much better than the "other charger" or the OEM charger. Highly recommended.

Estimate date for shipping was a little off and the cord is pretty short, but works well and acceptable for the price.
