"Recommended to all pain management specialists for its exhaustive coverage of the subject. Also useful to Anesthesiologists, Neurologists and Sport Medicine specialists (physicians and therapists). Further recommended as a teaching text in any course that delves into ways that the physician should address both acute and chronic pain complaints. This review is from: Wall and Melzack's Textbook of Pain, 5e (Textbook of Pain (Wallach)) (Hardcover)
I love this textbook.

This is quite different from ancient textbooks on pain clinic.

Furhtermore, this book describes metabolism of the brain in references to pain.

I would suggst that every pain clinician buy it and read all of this book.

This review is from: Wall and Melzack's Textbook of Pain, 5e (Textbook of Pain (Wallach)) (Hardcover)
What more can you say about a book? It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Was in good shape (like new). And most important (to me) was that it was what I was looking for (i.e. correct edition, language, etc.).
