This is a good-looking, well-made set of stainless. One of my friends pronounced it, "Too pretty for everyday!" But it goes into the dishwasher and comes out looking great. And I really love the oak tray that was included. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I was a little leery about buying this sight unseen--the picture isn't all that helpful. However, the set came and it is gorgeous. I love the tray, which fits perfectly into my silverware drawer. The price for this set can't be beat.

I was a little concerned because I don't usually buy refurbished products but this flatware is perfect - heavy, no flaws or scratches, excellent quality. And at half the regular cost. It also arrived much quicker then expected.

I love the look of this product but fear that my set is defective - I have only owned it for about 6 weeks and it is tarnishing like silver - I bought it because it said that it was dishwasher safe - has anyone else had this experience?

This product was given as a high school graduation gift. Looked other places but glad I decided to use Amazon. Convenient.

I am very displeased with the vendor of this product that I bought. I told them I was unhappy with the product due to manufacture (second quality), and was told that they would contact the manufacturer and get other quality to meet my request.

This was not done as I have not heard from them since January 09, when I purchased the item. I would not purchase from them again as they do not keep in contact with customer complaints or their word regarding complaints!!!! Though, why should they, after all they have my money now.

Amazon, please remove them from your site as they are causing customer complaints that you may not be aware of and this can give your site a discolored name.
