5.0 out of 5 stars Definately Not Just A Kids Game!, February 4, 2006
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Wallace And Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (Video Game)
Ok so.. it really ticks me off to know that I'm near thirty and an 8 year old kid could probably destroy me on games like this..

but a friend of mine bought me this game for Christmas due to my obsession with Rabbits.. and I fell in love.. from the first tutorial level where you have to catch over a hundred rabbits with your BUN GUN I was hooked... like a lab rabbit needing crack I was hooked!

I have actually beaten this game over a month or so later.. but still have tons of missions left to complete.. as many of the new video games are it's set up on percentages instead of LEVELS and though there are I guess we can talk old school.... there are different WORLDS you visit but so many missions that slowly raise the percentage.. so I guess you could find the certain missions to defeat just to hurry up and beat the game .... but the missions makes it more satisfying...

this games can make me so mad I see red trying to beat certain missions but other missions are a breeze...

but that's what I love a game that actually challenges me.. gives me something to work towards.. and when you finally beat a mission you really feel like you've done something..

and the graphics are amazing..

I highly suggest if you liked the movie get this game.. or if you liked the SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS games such as Battle For Bikini Bottom, The Movie and the Flying Dutchman you should get this game.. it's even better dare I say!

5.0 out of 5 stars LOVED IT!!, February 10, 2006
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Wallace And Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit (Video Game)
Saw the movie, HAD to get the game! (I also have Project Zoo, that was good too.)
Overall not bad, but then again we love Wallace & Gromit.
Loved the fact a friend could join in at any time to help, but you have to stay close though.
We found the camera engine was a tad of a pain - like with two players, the camera might get stuck in a wall, blocking your view - (tunnels could be a problem) but a quick fix we did was one player would exit play for a moment, that would reset the camera, then the other could rejoin.
It was a challenge to beat the game at 100% but my sister and I did just that! Got a brain wedgie finding all the rabbits, but loved it just the same. Loved being free to roam about and explore - try reading the little signs scattered about on walls! They are cool! Will play it again. Addictive game, fun to boot. That from a thirty something - yes I still play video games! Some say all the weird ones.
Thank you Nick Park for allowing the games! And making the movie.
