Unfortunately i bought this as a valentines day gift for my wife. I wanted to get her a real jewelry box instead of something cheap from Walmart or Target....should have saved my money. What i got was worse. Blemishes in paint on various corners, Knobs not fully screwed in. Chips, scratches....it looked like it was hastily put together by children. So now i get to spend more money buying another jewelry box so i won't have the embaressment of giving her this one.

I bought this jewelry box in October and I was very excited to use it. When I finally got around to putting my jewelry in it, it broke in three weeks!! Just from normal use!! Amazon wants me to pay to ship it back and only give me a portion of the return because its been over 30 days. I don't know Amazon to have poor customer service, maybe I spoke with a bad sales rep. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! But I am out $50!!! I say don't buy it!!

The product was not as well made as I thought it should be. The 1st one that was ordered fell apart the 1st week. The screws came loose and the lid fell off. I sent it back and got another one. The 2nd one was in better condition but I would not buy another one. It was a gift for a granddaughter.

It was not as nice as I thought it would be and not the best construction, had to put in all the screws again.

Aside from all the negative reviews I decided to give this product a chance. This box was meant for my wife just like most of the other people that have commented, and after seeing what they had said about it I was wary of the "defects" or "poor craftsmanship" it was said to have. After receiving and opening this box I found it in perfect condition. I opened and inspected all joints and sliding/moving parts and have come to find that it is a beautiful jewelry box and I am extremely happy with it. Only time will tell if it holds up but so far its wonderful.

For all of those avid amazon users: The companies that sell their products on amazon read the reviews and make improvements as necessary. They must have taken note of the poor comments and improved their merchandise. I would recommend this to anyone.

This jewelry box is gorgeous. The color is lovely and all the compartments make it very versatile. The hooks for necklaces make finding your favorite necklaces so very easy. There is enough room for so many rings and earrings in this box. I would definitely suggest this box to anyone who needs a spacious and beautiful jewelry box.

This jewelry box is nice and the price is fair, but there's not a ton of room... and I really am not an avid jewelry collector. If you have a lot of stuff, this may not be for you.

All in all, a nice buy. I'd like it even more if there was more room for my collection to grow, but it is an effective solution for what I have already. As far as quality goes, it looks good and appears to be reasonably sturdy and durable.

Attractive finish, practical design that's easy to use and stores a lot of jewelry. Unfortunately the construction is sort of chintzy. We had to return the first one we ordered because one of the drawers was cracked in the front and was beyond repair. The 2nd one that arrived very quickly had two of the small screwed in handles that had fallen out but were easy to screw back in. My wife likes it and kept it, but in retrospect I would not have ordered it if I knew the construction was going to be relatively flimsy.

The item arrived on time. The outer packaging was dented on one corner but the item itself was unharmed. My wife loves it and has filled it already.

I bought this thinking it looked nice. when i got it out of the box the edges looked banged up and used. over all it looks very cheap...
