Wallies Peel & Stick Slate Gray Chalkboard is made of durable, self-adhesive backed vinyl that can be removed and repositioned easily. Enjoy being creative with your Peel & Stick Chalkboard. To use, simply peel the pieces off of the backing in the package and apply to any clean, smooth surface or painted dry wall. This product is not recommended for textured or rough surfaces and should not be placed on newly painted walls, which usually need about 30 days to fully cure. To remove, simply peel and reposition to another area or return it to the original backing for storage. Wallies will not harm or damage surfaces and will not leave a sticky residue. A package of Slate Gray Chalkboard comes with 4 vinyl chalkboard panels each measuring 9 inches by 12 inches and includes chalk. The package measures 10 inches by 6-1/4 inches.

Great product! I also bought this product: Chalkboard Contact Paper, 18" x 6'. The Peel & Stick Chalkboard is thicker than the Contact Paper (thicker is better when it comes to chalkboards). It's also easier to remove and reapply, and the black is a nicer "chalkboard" black. But it is also significantly more expensive, and you'll probably want more than one pack to fill whatever area you're thinking of filling (the picture is misleading with respect to the size of the panels). You decide.

We purchased this item to use in a learning center for our toddler. He uses it fine and chalk writes on this product just like a regular chalkboard (maybe even better). The peel and stick works well and our son as not figured out how to peel it off the wall yet. You will need two packs to create the board design shown in the picture. We purchased 2 and it makes the perfect size chailboard. Hope you like this product as much as we do.

My children really enjoyed this product, it installed well and like another reviewer, I purchased two packages to make a larger board. We are in the process of moving, and every sheet has pulled paint off the wall as it was carefully and slowly removed. Some spots were about the size of a quarter, while the last sheet pulled off an area of paint over five inches square. I will not use these again; they are going in the garbage.

Perfect!
Loved it so much I bought more and plan to buy more in different colors for my kids. Use it for the top of my deep freezer to keep track of my stock. Easy to remove and reapply.

Doesn't wipe clean
The board doesn't come clean after one use. I have tried cleaning with eraser, soft cloth and water. I am very upset and would like to have the product replaced.

A lot smaller than they appear
I really liked how fast I got them and how easy they were to apply to my wall, but the pics are deceiving because they are really small. It would be comparable to a sheet of paper. Read more

Handy, works well.
