Both a Hit, July 28, 2005
This review is from: Walls Have Eyes (Audio CD)
Robin Gibb had released, in total, 4 albums (Robin's Reign, How Old Are You?, Secret Agent, Wall Have Eyes, and Magnet) and one unreleased album (Sing Slowly Sister). If I was to say which ones are the best, I would pick Wall Have Eyes. Hits like Toys are just heart-touching songs. Secret Agent had been a very rare album, only been widely available throughout Germany. It is just excellent to release both album in just one CD. Tracklist for the album (starts with Secret Agent, and then Wall Have Eyes): 1. Boys Do Fall In Love 2. In Your Diary 3. Robot 4. Rebecca 5. Secret Agent 6. Livin' In Another World 7. X-Ray Eyes 8. King of Fools 9. Diamonds 10. You Don't Say Us Anymore 11. Like a Fool 12. Heartbeat in Exile 13. Remedy 14. Toys 15. Someone to Believe In 16. Gone with the Wind 17. These Walls Have Eyes 18. Possession 19. Do You Love Her? 20. Trash (also in Sesame Street Fever) A must-have for Robin's fans

Two Great Albums In One!, August 2, 2005
This review is from: Walls Have Eyes (Audio CD)
This is a rare album that has been remastered from the original two, which are no longer in print. The first half is "Secret Agent" which includes the big dance hit, "Boys Do Fall In Love" and the minor hit, "Secret Agent". It's all 80's electro-pop upbeat music. The second album, "Walls Have Eyes" is even more synchronized with more ballads and mesmerizing tunes than the former. It's simply more interesting and complex. Plus, you get the silly, "Trash" song from Sesame Street Fever. These are some exceptional songs and it is amazing that they were ignored and not re-released except for this rare package. It is a true Maurice and Robin Gibb collaboration.

Bee Gees better known?, May 10, 2009
All I know about Robin Gibb is he was with the Bee Gees (a great band and may have heard them when I was a kid, but don't remember now). I doubt this is available on CD. The tape bought new and sounds good, but alas, the Dolby NR setting on my tape deck was not appropriate for this album, because the sound 'muffled' a little. It is best to deal with the slight bit of noise. I rated this album 4/5 for very good music overall, but because it is rare, it might not be available for big Bee Gees fans. I like Robin Gibb better, as I do prefer 1980s music better than I do 1970s. Robin Gibb and the Bee Gees were excellent nonetheless. If you find this on tape, dub it via a decent tape deck to your computer, burn to CD or render to MP3 on your media player, and you are good to go!
