I ordered this box and when it came, it was damaged beyond repair. I called amazon and they informed me that they were sold out of the box, and credited my account. They then very graciously replaced the box with another model. The other model, while perfectly fine, was not the box that I wanted. When this hollow Roomy Box came back into stock, I re ordered and it was sent free of charge. The box is great. The lid does not flip all the way over when you open it, so I replaced the hinges to allow the box lid to lay flat when opened. The product is fine, and I would like to thank AMAZON for making everything right. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Amazon.
