no instructions
The clock is beautiful, the service was super quick. The clock chimes different tunes every hour on the hour, or if you take out the battery it just keeps time. There were no instructions on how to set it, or any other info, but it is nice

Dissatisfied customer
The clock doesn't ring the correct number on the hour. The chimes at each hour are varied and loud and not really appealing. I don't feel like hearing "O Susana" from my clock! I guess you get what you pay for. Shame on me for going with the "low cost" item.
