4.0 out of 5 stars Donald Duck, December 19, 2006
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Walt Disney's Donald Duck: Some Ducks Have All the Luck (Hardcover)
This story is a funny one. It shows humor, courage, and nerve recking behavour. Donald didnt know if he was going to be able to get Daisy duck the one gift she wanted. Donald didn't have all the money he needed. Donald thought another duck had went into the store and already bought the gift Daisy wanted. Donald was sad to see that his one chance at showing Daisy that he could do something right was gone. but then it turns out that the other duck didn't have what Daisy wanted. Donald's nephews got Daisy a kitten and said it was from Donald. Donald didn't know that the other duck had a dinner for two at some new fance dinner. Daisy decided not to go because she didnt want to leave the kitten Donald got her behind. So she said that they could have her birthday dinner at her house. So it turns out that donald did have some good luck and had the best time on daisy's birthday. This goes to show that you don't ever give up on the things you want.
