Walter Gieseking was the premiere piano performer of Debussy compositions. This is very good, however, the recording seems just a bit hollow. I wish there was a bit less resonance in the background.
The performance is excellent, as usual.

No one plays Debussy better than Mr Gieseking. You will be transported to an alternate reality when listening to the beauty of this music. A foretaste of heaven.
