If you have a Walther P22, get the factory Walther P22 laser. 2 seconds to install, 30 seconds to sight in. Use mine at the range sighted at 15-20 yards. I can quick draw and rapidfire 10 rounds in an area about the size of a volley ball. Thats good enough for me.

I bought this for my girlfriend's P22. Fits like a glove. Easy to operate. On/off switch could be a half inch closer to the trigger but functional as is. My girl can shoot well enough with open sights at the range. But with the laser, the sights don't have to be perfectly aligned with the eye and the target, sufficient lighting to see both front and rear sights isn't required, her hold doesn't have to be perfect - just put the dot on the object, no matter what's going on at the time, and pull. That may be all the edge she needs one day. ~$120 for that edge isn't too bad. Try not to imagine that it only takes ~$30 to make it.

This fits quite well, it is easy to use and install. It is a Walther product that was purchased for a Walther product. It will be a great training aid. It seems to be visible in all light conditions. It spreads a bit at distance, but most realistic use will be in a range this will work well for.

If you're thinking about buying the P22 laser sight for your Walther PK380, don't. Although the P22 laser sight fits the PK380 perfectly, it can't withstand the larger recoil of the PK. I bought a PK380 at a local dealer, and it's a great weapon. When I decided to get a laser sight for it, I went back to the same dealer, and he told me that the P22 laser was compatible. It is not true. The plastic end cap that goes over the laser pops off from the higher recoil, and the laser will not stay zeroed. I paid $140 for it. I contacted Walther USA, and they told me that the P22 laser WAS NOT COMPATIBLE with the 380. Straight from the source.

This all being said, the laser is really nice, and if you have a P22, I would surely recommend it. It comes in a cheap looking package, but the sight itself is great quality, just not for anything over .22lr. Walther sells a PK380 laser combo with a laser that looks identical, but it must be different in construction.

This laser sight is easy to install and easy to see at the indoor range. I only shoot at indoor ranges, so I can't say how it would be outdoors. The laser can also be easily removed without changing the sighting of the laser. The only drawback is there is no auto off on the laser so if you forget to turn it off you will run the batteries dead. The manual switch cannot be reached while holding the grip to shoot, but is easy to reach with the other hand. I recommend this laser sight.

This laser is custom made for the Walther P22 and fits very nicely with the gun. The laser works nicely and is bright under indoor range lighting. However, the switch is cheap and very poorly placed on the laser body, making it very easy to accidentally turn it on or off. Even putting the gun away you need to be careful not to rub the switch on anything or it will turn back on! Also, there are many better made lasers out there that will fit on the P22's rail AND that cost less! So unless you absolutely want/need the integrated look of this unit on your gun, you probably should look at other options.

The quick release mechanism for the laser has broken--leaving the laser PERMANENTLY mounted onto the pistol. No way to remove it. I tried all the quick fixes the internet recommended for getting it off with no luck... Fortunately, the batteries can be changed while the thing is still mounted and I DO like the performance of the laser. Too bad I'm stuck with it forever....

The envelope was opened when I recieved it,not sealed real well especially paying 125.00 dollars for it.The actual packaging seemed as if it had been repacked. But the laser worked when I installed the batteries. The light only clips on ,does'nt have lock screws, and seems kinda cheaply made.
