A Magical Afternoon Preserved,

Evans at his most easily lyrical, with the extraordinary bassist Scott LaFaro, who died in a car crash soon after. With its companion from the same day, "Sunday Afternoon at the Village Vanguard," this is as good as melodic yet inventive jazz gets. Layne Longfellow

I had recently purchased 'Sunday at the Village Vanguard' and after listening to that CD over and over, I decided I wanted more of this incredible Jazz. So, I purchased 'Waltz for Debby.' I feel honored to own and enjoy such high-quality Jazz music. The Bill Evans Trio is phenomenal! It doesn't matter what type of music you like, this is a must-have for everybody who appreciates music as an art form. Put this on your bucket list. Seriously!
