Product Description
These enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test kits are capable of being run in a manual, semi-automated, or fully automated capacity with customized instrumentation packages available to suit individual laboratory needs. Kits come in breakaway, removable test wells in a microplate format, with color-coded, ready-to-use reagents. Assays use interchangeable substrate, stop solution, and wash buffer. This uniformity of reagents allows for ease of automation with microtiter processing systems. Kits provide flexible testing with simple procedures, a broad menu, and accurate results. The autoimmune disease kits offer a wide range of ELISA tests, including an antinuclear antibody (ANA) screen, specific reflex tests, and extractable nuclear antibody (ENA) kits. Enteric disease kits provide monoclonal and monoclonal/polyclonal antibody-based ELISA tests for the detection of enteric pathogens in fecal specimens. The infectious disease kits provide increased reliability and run-to-run consistency. Elisa II kits include SAVe Diluent, a sample addition verification system that assures no wells have been missed. The diluent changes color from yellow to purple, working as a visual place keeper during manual assay preparation and as a rapid verifier of proper instrument performance when running automated platforms. Ordering Information: Kits include well strips with breakaway wells (with 96, 480, or 960 wells), controls and calibrators, TMB substrate, stop solution, directional insert, sample SAVe Diluent, conjugate, and wash buffer.
