I've seen Ms. Moley perform three times now! Not only is she AND her voice beautiful but I leave her shows with her songs playing in my head. If she comes to your town, go see her! Either way, buy this album. I love it.

I hate hype as much as anyone so sounding hypey is something I try to avoid. But with Bernadette Moley, it's hard to be subtle. This woman is a true talent. She understands the craft of writing a song while seizing the concept that less is sometimes more.

Her CD All I Want is beautifully produced with the right amount of production. Personally, I hate when lavish productions is heaped on to disguise the fact that there's no song here. Not the case here at all. The production fits the songs! Sometimes it's powerful, sometimes it's whimsical, but the production always makes sense.

Then there's the singing. Bernadette sings with a passion and sincerity that is not dewey but hopeful. She has that wink in her eye that adds the right panache to a song. I heard that this woman left Ireland two years ago and moved to LA in hopes of a career in music. How many people have that kind of conviction?

Her CD is packed with great songs. The track Brief Moments caught the attention of actor Eric Stoltz who sought out Bernadette and directed her video. She also does a bang up job with the U2 song All I Want. Bono would be proud! She makes the song her own while remaining true to the essence of the song. I wish other artists who decide to record covers would take note!

There's nothing quite like discovery. I loved discovering this artist. You should take a chance because you are about to discover your new favorite artist!

"All I Want" is a gorgeous collection of poignant melodies and beautifully crafted lyrics that speak of a lulling place, far, far away. Bernadette's sweet siren vocals and lilting melodies lend a new, fresh point of view to age-old laments of love and loss. Her lyrical balance of warmth and playfulness seems much in keeping with her Irish roots. The entire album grabs you, melodically and emotionally. It's become one of my favorite albums... and a strong start to what I hope will be a lengthy discography. I can't wait to hear what's next.

Absolutely great music. A wonderful angelic voice, intelligently chosen material and excellent musicianship.

This woman warms my heart. We have seen her live and my wife and I consider ourselves big fans. The lyrics cut through layers without feeling pretentious or shallow. Amazing balance, grace, sense of humor and earnestness. Buy this CD.

is there anything like discovering a new artist? not only is bernadette beautiful,but shes got a voice to match.this album has lyrics and melodies that will have you singing right along after only a few listens.credit to any new artist that writes her own songs as well! i could try to pick a favorite song , but i can't. they are all amazing! strong from start to finish. a great cd from a great new artist!

Wow... a combination of beauty, an amazing voice, powerful stage presence, and catchy songs - what else could a music lover ask for? I had the privilege of being at a video shoot/live peformance with Bernadette, and all the jaded crew members were in complete awe of her - one was actually in tears. Even the owner of the venue who has seen tons of artists - some chart topping ones - made a point to come out of his office and ask WHO IS THAT? That's what the rest of America will probably be asking. Now stop reading and go buy the CD.

Here's my advice...Put this CD in your car, listen all the way through, pick out your favorite song, select the repeat button on your player and listen to it over and over again, singing along all the while. You'll never want to leave your car!!

The only hard part is just ONE song as your favorite!!

Tip: Buy two or three CDs, so wherever you are, you can listen!

I happened upon this singer/songwriter in a pub in Hollywood, California, and was enchanted from the moment she came on stage. Not only is she quite beautiful, but she's also enormously talented- the music stands up.

It's great 'date music'. Melodic songs about love and loss that make you want to hold each other and make out, which is never a bad thing.

The songs are catchy and well produced, the lyrics poetic yet simple, and the whole CD one that I've played repeatedly in my car while driving.

I give it 5 stars.
