I found this an excellent step-by-step guide to visualizing what I wanted and then visualizing the steps to take to get them. The book shows you how to use your intuition to tap into your knowing and creativity and then use these for achieving what you want. It helped me set goals, prioritize them, and then figure out what I needed to do to get there. I also found these techniques helpful for solving problems and improving my relationships, by gaining more intuitive insights into people. I applied them for increasing my energy and having less stress in my life, too. A great book.
