Discussions of privacy issues based on new threats and social freedoms will involve high school to college-level students,
By Midwest Book Review (Oregon, WI USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The War on Privacy (Hardcover)
The War on Privacy provides a powerful survey of privacy rights and how they are being curtailed by the very country - America - purporting to further them. It argues that governments must do more to preserve privacy rights even while protecting citizens against terrorist attacks - and offers assessments of protections in the works. Discussions of privacy issues based on new threats and social freedoms will involve high school to college-level students in important assessments.

Very Informative,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: The War on Privacy (Hardcover)
This is an extraordinary book! I ordered it and expected it to be long and boring, but it was very informative and tells the world how privacy is a national issue around the world. Jacqueline Klosek has also written 2 other books entitled "The Legal Guide to E-business" and "Data Privacy in the Information Age", which I would also highly recommend.
