Well if Acrophobe isn't enough to take your senses and completely bewilder them, then this split with Armchair Martian should. Once again Bad Astronaut (and Armchair Martian)perform wonderful material that bends rules and fits into no category. Fans of Lagwagon will like this, as will fans of Husker Du, who Armchair Martian is often compared with. Basically, as Acrophobe does, this short album takes you, mystifies you, and makes you feel really good inside. Lately these songs have been playing in my head and I don't care if they stay there forever.

This is a great ep, the two bands cover each others songs and then do the last song together which makes up a very good album considering how good both bands actually are do yourself a favour and pick up any material by bad astronaut but with this one you get a look at armchair martian aswell. Jessica suicide is possibly the best bad astronaut song released although it was originally done by armchair martian the song is amazingly written and sounds the most unque on the album. This ep along with any material by bad astronaut can appeal to people into any genre really with the exception of most pop music, it's pretty different the alien theme Joey Cape has going i mean there was Alien 8 with lagwagon, and adventures of jet and armchair martian where on his record label, oh well it's not a bad theme.
