This show was meant to follow the Babylon 5 series and all the other movies that went with it. Unfortunately some idiot TV execs rearranged the shows so they make no sense. THE CORRECT ORDER IF YOU ARE GOING TO WATCH CRUSADE IS... #9 Racing the Night, #11 The Needs of Earth, #10 The Memory of War, #2 The Long Road, #12 Visitors from Down the Street, #3 The Well of Forever, #13 Each Night I Dream of Home, #5 Patterns of the Soul, #4 The Path of Sorrows, #6 Ruling from the Tomb, #7 The Rules of the Game;.. #1 The War Zone, #8 Appearances and Other Deceits. The last 2 shows really don't fit unless you're trying to watch it the way the execs made it, not what the creator/writers/producer meant it to be. Although they do contain parts of the story.
They also made a bunch of other changes and basically sabotaged the show. If you watched the B5 series (yes the 1st season sucked) but get past it and you'll be amazed. I know I didn't watch it 'til 10 years after it was gone because I had watched the 1st show and shut it off. Someone I respect told me to try it again and I really liked it.
Anyways, back to Crusade, it was suppose to have more Rangers, White Stars etc., continuing the Camelot theme but the execs had better ideas. This could have been another exceptional sci-fi show if they had just let it be.
