Overall Well Written,
By "cjbowen@bsc.edu" (Birmingham, AL United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: WarCraft: Of Blood and Honor (Unbound)
Blood and Honor was very comparable to Day of the Dragon, the other Warcraft book. The character of Fordring and the inner turmoil he faces are very well developed and the impact that his decisions have make for some wonderful plot twists. The book does a great job at foreshadowing more to come and there's even some surprise visitors in the book! Probably my only complaint and this is minor is the appearence of certain characters in the novel that I had believed something else had occured to them in the games. This is maybe a little picky and doesn't detract from the overall story, just thought it was interesting. I highly recommend this book, it's a quick read and keeps those epages turning!

Short but Compelling!,
By Newton Rocha (Belo Horizonte, Brazil) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Warcraft: Of Blood and Honor (Kindle Edition)
This is a great entry to the novels of Azeroth and the Warcraft mythos. It's a short but compelling story about honor and sacrifice. I highly recommend this novel, specially for Warcraft fans. It's well written, with enough character development for such a short work.

Very short, but a good story,
This review is from: Warcraft: Of Blood and Honor (Kindle Edition)
This book was REALLY short, but it was a good story. Especially when you combine it with Lord of the Clans, you can see the start of compromise and understanding between the Horde and the Alliance; and it's believable. I wish this would have been a bit longer I read it in one afternoon) so that it had had more depth and more subplots, but I really enjoyed it. It was very poignant and tugged at the heart strings. I never knew this part of Tirion's story, and I found it very inspiring. Definitely worth reading, and it only takes a day.

One of two books that have ever made me cry. I may have been overtired? loved it but it was so short it left me wanting more...
