The massage oil is excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great massage oil. In addition to that, when I received the package I discovered that the cap was not fully tightened, which had allowed about a half ounce of the oil to leak out. I called NaturOli to let them know about this and to my surprise I wound up talking to the company's founder. He was very apologetic and said that they would doublecheck cap tightness from here out as that problem had not been encountered before with the massage oil. He also told me that they are preparing to go with new packaging that will provide sealing for their bottles to avoid this in all their products. In the meantime, he told me that he would make it right with me, and did he ever! A couple days later I received a package containing TWO 2 ounce sample bottles of the massage oil to make up for the half ounce I had lost. It is refreshing to encounter this combination of high product quality with exceptional customer service. NaturOli has a big fan now, and a repeat customer in the future!

The service from the vendor was excellent. The oil arrived well packaged and in good time.We are definitely enjoying the massage oil. It is not greasy and the scent is pleasing but not overwhelming. Will definitely buy more when this supply runs out.
