This book begins with a short one page history of the Panzer IV tank leading up to its use as an anti-tank gun platform and assault gun. There is not very much technical information but the whole book is filled with color photos of a restored vehicle with crew members in authentic uniforms. The photos are of the vehicle in a natural setting with both the interior and exterior shown in great detail. This is a great book for modelers for the amount of detail there is in the photos. Well worth the price of the book. About half of the photos contain captions and the rest are self-explanitory. This book is very well organized and is printed on very nice, high quality paper.
