HW guide
It may be a HW guide ? But it doesn't cut it for me.Not that much in the way of listings for the average user. Lacks info on most all but a few of their favorites. Money wasted.

The Warman's Field Guide series is a tremendous set of books to help the average collector get an idea of what's out there in their area of interest. This third edition of the Hot Wheels Field Guide is a worthy addition to the line. From its hundreds of crisp, clean color photos to the background information on the cars, it's a great education for the layman from one of the noted experts in the hobby.I've found myself flipping through it again and again, playing the old "got it, need it, need it, got it ..." game and agonizing over the cars that are no longer in perfect shape in my collection.

And it didn't disappoint! Michael Zarnock has done his usual incredible job of chronicling this all-American classic. The rarities are my favorite.
