Hot & steamy towels are spot on. However the rubber seal on the door is a little flimsy. I got it cheaper for what its selling now and I am content. For the price it's a great deal...I would buy again IF the door swung down instead of to the side.

Steamer was delivered on time and in good shape. Cheaper model didn't really expect much. Towels are hot and steamy. Made in China and no instructions came with the steamer. If it lasts 1 year I'm happy.

Day one (Jan. 14) It arrived with a dent in the front, the handle scuffed and black marks I can't remove on the front of it. It is obviously a used and returned item. The one sheet of instructions (made in China) mentions three lights should show up on indicators, but only an orangey red show up when you turn it toward "off" (not "on"). So I have turned it "Off" (or on) and am trying to heat up three towels. I may return this. It is very cheaply made I can tell. It doesn't even have a latch on the door that keeps it closed.

Day two: I've tried turning it on three different times trying to let the really toxic smell burn off and it's not. I have now requested a return but it is awaiting the seller's approval.
