Although I didn't purchase this product thru Amazon, I know this is a good outlet for sharing information with potential buyers. I own a few Warmrails products as well as another piece from Myson. I purchased the Vauxhall for my inlaws as a anniversary gift. They absolutely love this product because they have the ability to warm/dry their towels on one side and then my mother in law can use the other side to dry undergarments and items she doesn't want to throw in the drier. This unit of course wouldn't work in a small bathroom. However, if you have the space it's the perfect unit!!

This is a wonderful product! If you want a warm, fuzzy feeling after your shower or bath, this will do it for you! A cold towel pulled from the cabinet will never do after you've used this towel warmer! Also great for drying swimsuits, lingerie, etc. Pile the towels on every rung to trap more heat. My husband and I love ours! We buy them for wedding presents and get huge "thank-you's" from our friends. Every time they grab a warm towel and wrap it around themselves they know they are loved!

In my dream home which happens to be a brick Georgian with a hip roof, there is a master bathroom that is as cold as a witches bosom . The master suite was built over the garage and the heating and cooling systems are woefully inadequate. I read most of the reviews on this and all the other towel warmer online before I ordered this one. I have had it for a couple of week and I love mine. It takes some work because the towel warmer works best if is overloaded with towels. It is the towel way in the center of the loaded rack that is comfortably warm.
So:
Reach deep into the towel rack for the towel stored protectively underneath two or three other towels. That towel should be comfortably warm, When you are finished drying off and the towel is wet, fold it in half and hang it on the back row of rungs to dry. Then when it is dry reload that towel back into the middle of towels that are stored on the front side of rungs so it can get toasty warm again. I am glad this one has a front and back rails because drying and warming are two different issue that need separate approaches.
This might sound like a lot of work but compared to the loads of towels I do not have to wash dry and then fold this is not so bad. I keep the pretty just for show towels as the third outside layer so the unit is very attractive in my bathroom. It is very large but we had the perfect spot of for it, and in our cold and miserable bathroom having a toast towel waiting for me makes all the difference in the world.

We purchased this towel warmer after our previous one (not the same brand) died. This one suits our needs perfectly and provides us with lovely warm towels at all times. This is particularly nice in our cold Ohio winters. I waited a bit before reviewing this warmer so that I could be sure that it worked as advertised and so far it does. We far prefer this towel warmer to the kind that has oil running through to warm the towels. It seems to warm the towels faster and better. Plus this particular towel warmer holds more towels. So far so good.

I purchased this towel warmer for my husband for Christmas because we just finished our master bath remodel. While it does a fair job of warming the towels, the towels are not quite as warm as I had anticipated or desired. Overall does a fair job and is a bit pricey. It does warm the bath robe and slippers too!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it does not heat the towels well. You will get patches of warmth instead of the entire towel surface that is resting on the product. We are stacking multiple towels on as well to make the bottom ones warm but only a thin line of towel gets heated. Not the warm cozy towels I expected for this price.

This was purchased as a gift based on how well we like the one that we bought last year. Great product for drying towels AND for other items that can't go in the dryer. We also have a single side towel warmer but this one (dual side) is much, much better.

The Vauxhall is beautifully and ruggedly built; there is nothing flimsy about it. It warms towels and bathrobes pretty well.

Although the instructions say the Vauxhall can stay on 24/7, we put ours on a digital timer so that it switches on at 5 PM and off around midnight.

The only negative might be space requirements; it's better if you have a decent amount of space for it.

This is one of the best investments I ever made. I have four bathrooms in my house (full) and have one in each. Not only do I love the one in my room, I get absolutely rave reviews from guests (of which I have many). There is absolutely nothing better (well, almost) that a nice warm fizzy towel after a nice hot bath or session in the whirlpool. This item works like a chart. I also use it to dry my unmentionables and it works quite nicely for that too. I do a lot of camping and trekking, but to be honest, when I am home I want COMFORT! I like to indulge myself and my friends and this fits the bill perfectly in this sense. If you like you, then you deserve one of these warmers!

I too have this product and love it! I have used it for about 2 years now with no issues.

The way we use it is that the two of us have two towels each - one is the one we dry with and the other is the "cover" that makes the inner one warmer. When I am ready to get out of the shower I reach out, flip the "cover" onto the center bar (handle to lift the unit with if you will but hey it too is warm), dry myself then hang the wet towel opened up over one set of the bars. When the towel is dry (in about an hour) I fold it in half, hang over the bars, and cover with the "cover" towel that has been hanging on the center bar. When the other user takes a shower they do likewise using the other side and the center bar.

If I have a sweater or anything else that needs drying I just lay it out over the rack and towels. The warm towels help to wick away the moisture and the top towel (the "cover" towel) is clean so it should not be an issue to put clean clothes on top of it.

I have a fairly large bathroom and if I close the door in the evening by morning the room is warm as well as my towels.
