Dries the towels, even one on top of the other. I wish it were the teeniest bit taller because we use "bath sheets" but they DO fit. It was the perfect solution for a huge bath covered in mirrors with almost no towel hanging space. It's okay to touch - not TOO hot - and, as I mentioned earlier, the towels are always dry... Even in Southeast Texas! Very sturdy too.

Great item--exactly as described. Works wonderfully. There is nothing like warm towels when you step out of the tub or shower.

I loved this product and they delivered in good order. Too good in fact, it took forever to open it and perhaps they should reconsider how they wrap their merch. I'm a senior citizen with hands that do not work too well. I realize they need to protect the merch to keep it from being delivered damaged, but 15 minutes to get it out of the wrapping is a bit much. Dries towels perfectly and is wonderful to use. Don't take my review in a negative vein, just the wrapping.
